You’re thinking about leaving The HIVE...

To be totally upfront with you we know that you’re here because you’ve made up your mind... 

“I'm leaving, I hope you’re going to make this painless and easy” — we get it, don’t worry we will! 

We probably know each other pretty well by now, so you shouldn't expect anything else but the professional integrity you’ve become accustomed to.

That’s why we totally respect your decision to leave, even though we might not agree with your reasons 😉

So look, we'll keep this super short and sweet... 

The only thing I ask is you READ THIS PAGE thoroughly. 

Firstly, the purpose of this page is NOT to try and convince you to stick around.

We do however want to share a few important things that you DO need to know.

Quite frankly, we would hate for anything to get lost in communication as we off-board you as a Member. 

That’s why we created THIS page so you have everything you need to know in one place.

As per our standard terms we require, 30 Days notice if you want to leave your Membership unless it is during a trial.

That means you you MAY (depending on when you request cancellation) be obliged to complete another subscription payment.

From there there you will receive a date of when your Membership officially ends, and this is the day that your access will be lost.

Let me share a brief breakdown of the features you’ll no longer have access to when your subscription stops:

  • Community — You will not be able to access the Community. Your previous posts will not be accessible including links to external resources 
  • Weekly Live support calls —  You will not be permitted to attend the Weekly Mastermind Call. You will no longer have access to the past recordings
  • Monthly Live Team Training — You or your Team will not be permitted to attend the Team trainings. You will no longer have access to the past recordings
  • ​Resource Library — Our Vault of information products, templates and systems will no longer be accessible
  • ​Launchpad Portal — You will no longer have access to the 6 week training curriculum, worksheets, fill-in-the-blank templates, cheatsheets and custom tools
  • ​LIVE event library — You will not be able to watch the library of Live Event Mastermind Recordings
  • ​Knowledge base — You will no longer have access to our 'done for you' systems, tutorials and explainer videos
  • ​Buyers Group - We have a list of exclusive discounts for current members that aim to cover most, if not all, of the cost of your membership. Leaving will mean you lose these .
  • ​​Future Planning — The HIVE is a community where the future gets discussed and created. You will now need to learn our industry developments and improvements with the rest of the crowd :(

Please continue to respect the joining agreement you signed and do not share or teach our intellectual property with anyone. 

That covers everything you need to know, but there are few questions we get on the rare occasion someone is looking to leaving us...

What’s the deal with Re-entering the group?

Well the simple answer is thats is not something we typically allow, sorry 😕. 

To protect the integrity of the group we don’t allow past Members to pause and rejoin. This includes members who joined in a trial and chose not to proceed.

This is with the exception of any special circumstances that have been personally pre-approved. 

If I’m approved what is the investment to rejoin as a different business?

As you probably know the investment to join increases each year. 

If you are approved to rejoin this will be at the current rate, not at a previous lower rate or under a grandfathered discount you have right now. 

The current investment to join today as we write this is £995 per month for MASTERMIND and £1495 per month for BOARDROOM 

If you are paying less right now, lucky you! 

But you will lose your grandfathered discount going forwards when you leave.

Ok... that just about covers everything, there's just a few more things.

If you've read everything down to this part you you might be thinking:

1.) I think this might be a mistake — No problems, just shoot us a message and we'll get your Membership reactivated. You never know we might even hand you a special bonus as a thank you for making a great decision to stay 🙂

2.) I'm outta here! I understand what I'm leaving behind and it's time to exit for good — Cool... you don't have to do anything. We'll take care of your cancellation and make sure you're not billed beyond your notice period, and your access is removed.
